The production and service business "ZE-SI" was founded in 2009 with the basic task of connecting endless conveyor belts in industry, rubberizing containers, pipelines, rollers and manufacturing rubber accessories.
We have a professional team behind us and extensive experience in various projects, repairs and maintenance of all industrial belts. We guarantee reliable and high-quality conveyor belt installation and repair services. We install and connect conveyor belts using hot vulcanization (vulcanization press) with presses ranging from 500-2200mm, and cold vulcanization (gluing).
We also vulcanize and rubberize different rollers that are exposed to wear. We are also able to rubberize various vessels and industrial pipelines. We are always in step with the demands of the modern market, so we are able to perform demanding checks and testing of all rubberized containers for electromagnetic penetration with our detector.

Our production and service activities
We perform the joining of conveyor belts by hot vulcanization (vulcanization press) with presses of 500-2200mm, and by cold vulcanization (gluing).
We rubberize metal and plastic rollers used in the transport, construction and mining industries. We also vulcanize materials and protect them from corrosive and abrasive influences and aggressive media present in them.
We offer a wide range of rubber-based products for use in industry and construction. The possibilities of manufacturing in terms of shape, dimensions, hardness and raw material composition are almost unlimited.
We conduct regular testing and detection of defects in passive corrosion protection coatings on all technical systems with the latest electromagnetic penetration technology.
